New business owner Joseph Mills gathered his family and fellow financial services professionals to attend a Morrison Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting ceremony on Friday, March 22, 2013. His attractive office space, located at 219 E. Main Street, Suite A, Morrison, IL, is the location of First Wealth Financial Group, LLP.

The building is rich with history but has served as office space most recently. Mills only added one partial, interior wall with windows to adapt it. The three rooms will be enlivened by several green plants from well-wishers, which were delivered during the celebration.
As a surprise to Mills, Meyers presented him with a plaque to honor the first satellite office out of the Clinton, IA, agency.
It read “xCEED Advisor Franchise” and listed six trainings Mills mastered over the last three years. He commuted to Cedar Rapids, IA, once a week and trained in Clinton. The sessions included Blitz Week; Bootcamp; Basic Training 1 and 2; Active Duty 1 and 2.
Mills has no target market currently, because “I pretty much work with anybody…age 20 to 85!” This covers “those

- getting started with their finances
- planning for retirement
- getting ready to retire.”
