The Millikin University Softball team finished the 2022 season in the top 10 of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association poll, after advancing to the NCAA National Tournament in Salem, VA.
On Tuesday, February 7, 2023, the NFCA released the preseason top 25 Coaches poll. The Big Blue took the eighth slot on the list, with 180 points.
The Big Blue is led by Head Coach Katie Tenboer, daughter of Connie and Loren Tenboer. She is a 2007 graduate of Morrison[, IL,] High School. Tenboer is pictured standing in the back row at far right.
