Arrests: On Sunday, November 13, 2022, Morrison Police arrested Dustin L. Hansen, age 35 of Clinton, IA, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Carroll County, for Contempt of Court. Hansen was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
