The public is invited to celebrate the day after the Friday, June 17, 2014, Alumni Football USA game with a hog roast, beer garden, and DJ, at the Whiteside County Fair Grounds, Winfield Street, Morrison, IL, on Saturday, June 28.
- Bob and Kelly McDonnell host the $7 hog roast meal to benefit the Morrison High School Football program. The supper includes pulled pork sandwich, potato salad, baked beans, and pop, with extra sandwiches at $4. Serving is from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
- Morrison Athletic Boosters host an organizational fundraiser with a beer garden and DJ from 5:00 p.m. Saturday until to 1:00 a.m., Sunday, June 29. “Hit the Lights-Mobile DJ” will entertain.
