Ebenezer Reformed Program: Saving Jews in WWII

Posted by

Ebenezer Reformed Church, 309 W. Park Street, Morrison, IL, will host Gayle Haas, from Aurora, IL, in a first-person, dramatic presentation of the late Corrie Ten Boom. Her talk and PowerPoint will illustrate Ten Boom’s experiences while growing up with her family in Haarlem, Holland. Later the family committed to hide and aid many Jews in their efforts to escape Nazi capture during WWII.

Their efforts would eventually lead to the family’s capture and Carrie’s imprisonment in a Nazi death camp.

On Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., the public is encouraged to attend this free program in the sanctuary. Men, women, and children will be inspired by this powerful and timely message of love and forgiveness.
