The Whiteside County Clerk has scheduled a free training session for tonight, Wednesday, January 7, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The venue is Morrison High School auditorium, 643 Genesee Avenue, Morrison, IL, 61270.

Newly-interested citizens (age 18 by the General Election on Tuesday, November 3,) and 300 prior County Election Judges will review duties and procedures, across the county.
There is no fee to take this training.
“It is not hard, and you will have your training book to help you complete the test. Judges who have attended this class and completed the test will receive $135 for their duties on Election Day. Election Judge pay is reduced for not completing the test.”
