On July 7, 2026, the City of Morrison transitioned to a new computer software platform, from BS&A Software, to support utility billing, payments, and customer information.

As service expectations continue to evolve, the City of Morrison evaluated its current systems and chose a more modern, fully integrated solution–designed specifically for local Government.  This investment will help the City of Morrison operate more efficiently and better serve its community.

The Morrison Community can expect:
⊕   more efficient and cost-effective ⊕   utility billing process
⊕   faster payment and account processing
⊕   enhanced online services and usability
⊕   a more user-friendly experience for public services.

The staff at City Hall have work hard and closely with BS&A Software, to ensure a smooth and accurate transition of all data and information.  The City of Morrison appreciates the community’s tolerance, patience, and support during this transition.

During this closure period:
⊕   online services will be limited or unavailable
⊕   response times for services will be delayed
⊕   calls to City Hall will not be answered; please leave a message.

Emergency and public safety services will not be affected.
