Carol Ann Weeks, 79, of Rock Falls, IL, died on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at her home.
Carol was born on November 3, 1943, in Sterling, IL, the daughter of George and Nellie (Reisinger) Knight. She married Emery L. Weeks on July 8, 1961, in Fulton, IL. Carol was employed at Edelmann in Dixon, IL, for 25 years, until her retirement in 1997. She was a member of Como Baptist Church, where she was baptized. Carol enjoyed spending time with her dog, and traveling, in her younger years. Most of all, Carol loved spending time with Emery and her family.
Survivors include her husband Emery, of Rock Falls; daughters, Christie (Raymond, Sr.) Villa of Maricopa, AZ, and Teresa (Scott) Otto of Dixon; sister, Gloria (Ed) Weeks of Morrison IL; six grandchildren, Brandy, Emily, Angela, Ashley, Anthony, and Sisally; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Norma Weeks; brothers, Richard and Raymond Knight; sisters, Dorothy Ross, Joyce Anderson, and Janice Cantu; a granddaughter.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. at McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls, IL.
Funeral service will follow, with Pastor Dalmus Meeks officiating.
Cremation rites will follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
