The Morrison Mustangs and Amboy Clippers each pounded out fifteen hits before the five-run eighth inning earned the Mustangs the victory. C. Renkes and T. Peters led the Mustang offense with three hits each.. Renkes homered and doubled to join K. Schroeder and T. Peters in gathering extra-base hits. K. Schroeder earned the win by allowing only three hits in four innings of relief.
