On Wednesday, December 31, 2025, Morrison Police arrested Jose I. Estrada, age 32, homeless, for two counts of Aggravated Domestic Battery, Unlawful Restraint, and Sexual Assault. Estrada was taken to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Sunday, December 28, 2025, Morrison Police issued a City Ordinance Ticket to Elisha O’Neal, age 47, rural Morrison, for Loud Music.
On Friday, December 19, 2025, Morrison Police arrested Joshua Evans, age 40, Mt. Carroll, IL, for Aggravated Battery. Evans was released with a court date.
The Morrison Police Department has issued four more State of Illinois Citations for traffic violations.
