Volunteer Millers at de Immigrant in Fulton, IL, invite the public to a presentation by John Roland and Greg Obren, about the history of early aviation in Clinton County, IA
Their program is Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Windmill Cultural Center, 111 Tenth Avenue, Fulton, IL. The building is handicap accessible. The program is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served following the presentation.

Roland and Obren will share their research about an entertainment event, on September 13, 1911, at DeWitt Fairgrounds. A Curtiss Biplane, manufactured by International Aeroplane Company of Chicago, IL, performed stunts and barnstorming, piloted by Morris Louis Rosenbaum, (shown in a black vest at the wheel)….
