• Severe storms are expected today, Thursday April 2, 2026, and on Friday, April 3. Damaging winds and isolated tornadoes are the main risks, but large hail cannot be ruled out.
• Storms will move at highway speeds, so there will be less time than normal to seek shelter.
• An additional 1-to-3 inches of rain is expected today through Saturday, April 4.
