Shortly after 1:00 p.m., on Monday, May 23, 2022, the Editor left Happy Joe’s Pizza, 109 W. Main Street. She entered the restaurant with three business envelopes in her pocket. They were addressed to thecity1.com, 230 E. Main Street, Suite 105, Morrison, IL.
