Whiteside County Clerk Karen Stralow reports that EARLY VOTING for all Whiteside County Precincts–before the Tuesday, March 17, 2026, General Primary Election–will be conducted in her office, 200 E. Knox Street, in Morrison, IL, on Monday, March16, from 9:00 a.m. until noon.
The Clerk’s office is on the ground floor of the Whiteside County Courthouse.
√ Enter from the parking lot.
√ Pass through a security check (leave mobile phone in your vehicle.)
√ Walk straight ahead to the elevator or stairs to reach the bottom floor.
Additionally, any registered voter in Whiteside County may vote during the EARLY VOTING PERIOD. Once the early vote is cast, it is final and may not be revoked. The voter is not eligible to cast a vote on Election Day.
