Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois (GSNI) announced the “Our Girl Scout Gift” initiative. It will pay 2022 Girl Scout membership fees for all new, previous, and returning Girl Scout members (girl and adult) who join GSNI or renew their GSNI membership before Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
Current GSNI Girl Scouts who renew their membership by May 12 will be able to return to their troops for the new year, with a paid membership through Thursday, September 30, 2022. Girl Scouts must follow the directions for taking advantage of “Our Girl Scout Gift” when renewing their membership at www.girlscoutsni.org/renew.
“Our Girl Scout Gift” is open to new or former Girl Scouts and their families. Girl and adult 2022 membership fees will be covered. Girls who are new to Girl Scouts will be able to activate their membership right away. Morrison, IL, girls will join Girl Scout Troop 1504, comprised of 27 Girl Scouts in four levels: Daisy, Brownie, Junior, and Cadette. Click here to read about their meeting on Monday, April 19.
