Join us at Morrison-Rockwood State Park’s Lake Carlton, on Saturday, September 10, 2022, for the Youth Fishing Derby. Presented by the Whitesde County Sheriff’s Office and Mounted Patrol, registration begins at 8:30 a.m. A parent or guardian must sign for each child.
The fishing contest is open to all youth ages 15 and under, and it is free. Prizes will be awarded to all participants throughout the morning.
Grand prizes will be awarded for largest fish (length) in each species category. Additional prizes will be given to children who show individual efforts.
