The Educators at the Windmill Cultural Center will be serving a windmill flour treat, coffee, and tea every Wednesday through August 31, 2016. After visiting several European windmills who have a “tea time,” enjoyed by both locals and visitors, the educators decided that it was time to do that here in Fulton.
The Windmill Cultural Center is located at 111 10th Avenue, Fulton, IL.
Volunteer mill flour bakers will make treats fresh every week from flour that is ground at Fulton’s de Immigrant Windmill. Donations will be accepted for the refreshments.
