Wilma Jean McCulloh (1932 – 2014)

WilmaMcCullohWilma Jean McCulloh, 81, went on to see the face of Jesus, her beloved family, and friends on Thursday January 30, 2014.

She was born on June 11, 1932, in Morrison, IL, the daughter of Delbert and Ida (Wagner) Broughton and was a graduate of Morrison High School.  Wilma was a beautician and worked from her home in Rock Falls, IL, for many years.  She married Robert D. McCulloh September 30, 1972, in Rock Falls.  He died suddenly on August 17, 1974.  Collecting antiques and going to shows as well as bowling were Wilma’s hobbies.  She had worked for W.I.B.C.  She loved music and loved the world of God’s nature, from sea to shining sea.  She was a member of the Sterling Family Moose and the American Legion Auxiliary.

She is survived by several cousins and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3, 2014, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., at the McDonald Funeral Home, 1002 12th Avenue in Rock Falls, IL.

The funeral will follow at 11:30 a.m., with the Reverend David Beebe officiating.

Burial will be at West Genesee Cemetery, Coleta, IL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Granny Rose Animal Shelter.
