On Saturday, September 19, 2020, the Whiteside County Fairgrounds was active. White Oaks Therapeutic Equestrian Center (WHOA) held its 7th annual benefit horse show. Riders of all ages from throughout the area enjoyed the sun and competition.
Included was a drive-up lunch sale for the public. Over 150 drive-up lunches were served during the mid-day.
White Oaks is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, established in 1995 for the purpose of providing recreational, educational, therapeutic, and social opportunities for persons with disabilities.
