Dozens of robins visited the Editor’s back yard on Saturday, February 16, 2019, flipping up leaves to seek food and eating seeds under the bird feeder.
I wonder where they spent Sunday, February 17, during and after the latest snowfall.
Have you seen them?
“The North Wind Doth Blow”
Anonymous
The north wind doth blow,
And we shall have snow,
And what will poor Robin do then,
Poor thing?
He’ll sit in a barn,
And to keep himself warm,
Will hide his head under his wing,
Poor thing!
