The start of the severe weather season is fast approaching. Whiteside County ESDA has invited the National Weather Service to host a Weather Spotters Training class for residents of Whiteside County.
The program will last about 1.5 hours at Odell Public Library, 307 S. Madison Street, Morrison, IL, on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
