Dr. Andreas Goetze will be discussing “U. S.-German Relations: a Cultural and Political Perspective,” at the Windmill Cultural Center, at 111 10th Avenue, across from the authentic Dutch windmill, in downtown Fulton, IL, at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. Volunteer Millers of de Immigrant windmill will host this unique programming, to bring enlightenment into the cultural views of other countries.
This is an opportunity to learn from historical and present-day diplomatic points of view. Dr Goetze will discuss various topics and answer inquiries from the audience.
Although presently based at the German Consulate in Chicago, IL, he has served in a variety of locations in Germany and several embassies. His specialty is international law, including humanitarian and cultural affairs. Some of his other experiences involved migration issues.
This programming is free and open to the public, sponsored by a grant from the D. S. Flikkema Foundation.
Light refreshments will be served following the presentation. The facility is accessible to persons with disabilities.
