Fulton’s de Immigrant Volunteer Millers have sponsored monthly programs at the Windmill Cultural Center for the last seven years. They continue in 2017 with an array of educational and cultural opportunities. The programs have been organized by the Volunteer Millers with a grant from the D. S. Flikkema Foundation.
Programs are free and open to the public. The Windmill Cultural Center is located in downtown Fulton, IL, at 111 10th Avenue, across the street from de Immigrant windmill. The facility is accessible to people with disabilities.
Refreshments will be served following each event. The public is encouraged to visit the Windmill Area Facebook page for more information, cancellations, or changes to the programs. For questions, call 815-589-3925.
