Morrison Sports Complex Director Jim DuBois has scheduled an exciting girls softball event for Saturday, June 8, and Sunday, June 9, 2013.
The Sterling Steam Summer Bash features youth in the following divisions: 10 and Under; 12 and Under; 14 and Under; 16 and Under.
Twenty-nine teams will attend from Belvidere, Naperville, and Skokie, IL.
On Saturday, action occurs from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Sports Complex, with the last game starting at 8:00.
On Sunday, games resume at 8:00 a.m. with the final contest beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Morning-to-evening games will require Saturday play at the Waterworks Park field. There is no admission fee here.
However, at the Sports Complex admission is $3 for one day and $5 for the weekend.
