The Whiteside Forum will host guest speaker Leif Kindbergon Thursday April 26, 2018, to discuss “International Development in Africa and Elsewhere: U. S. Foreign Assistance and Why It Matters to America Today.” Our event will be held at the Community Room of the Odell Public Library at 307 S. Madison Street, in Morrison, IL, starting at 6:30 p.m. All Forum events are free and open to the public. A question and answer period is integral to the proceedings. This is the final event of our 2017-2018 season exploring politics.
Kindberg is an Associate at Tetra Tech, where he supports American investments and partnerships that save lives, reduce poverty, and improve Countries’ resilience. He has a Masters in Business Administration from the George Washington University and lives in Washington, D. C. with his wife and son. He also has local ties.
