Spring Valley Reformed Church, 10960 Spring Valley Road, rural Fulton, IL, has designed a Halloween experience for children age 12 and under.
The Trunk-or-Treat event will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018, outside the church, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
