The Byron Tiger Sharks hosted the Turkey Shoot Novelty Swim Meet on Saturday, November 23, and Sunday, November 24, 2013, at the Byron, IL, High School Pool. Fourteen Seahorses made the trip and came home with an amazing 64 top-12 finishes and 59 lifetime best swims! The Tiger Sharks handed out 26 medals to the Seahorses for their 1st through 3rd finishes and 38 ribbons for their 4th through 12th place finishes. The following Seahorses also earned enough points in their respective age groups to bring home high point trophies: 8 and Under Girls: Malerie Workman – 2nd place; Landri Harmon – 3rd place; 9-10 Girls: Emily Henson – 3rd Place. The Seahorses continue to make a name for themselves in the swimming community. The Seahorse results follow.
