Garden Plain Rip Snorters 4-H Member Jon Tegler took on a project for Morrison Bark Park.
These tubes are the Doggie Bag holders for the park. They are “green” doggie bag containers, because they will recycle plastic grocery bags.
Bark Park visitors can take off the lid and put their donated bags inside, for re-use as a doggie “poo” bag. The bottom of the tube is open to take out a bag.
