Rotary helps those who help the less fortunate. They proved it again on Thursday, August 22, 2013.
With a matching grant from Rotary International, Morrison[, IL,] Rotary was able to purchase a laptop with several programs, printer, wireless router, ink, and paper for the Morrison Friends Food Pantry. No more pencil and paper!
Rotarians Ellen Smith and President Suellen Girard presented the items to Pantry Director Kaywyn Beswick and the staff.
Beswick stated the donation will assist in management and inventory tasks on site. Staff will place orders, check people in, keep track of data, and manage the orgaization checking account.
