Tammy L. Becker, 60, of Resthave Care & Rehabilitation in Morrison, IL, formerly of Fulton, IL, died Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Resthave.
Tammy was born July 15, 1964, in Freeport, IL, to Dennis R. and Carol (Noeske) Becker. She was educated in the Fulton Grade Schools and graduated from Fulton High School in 1982. She continued her education at Clinton Community College, graduating with a Nursing degree. Tammy had worked at the Alverno Health Care Facility in Clinton, IA, and also with Genesis VNA and Hospice. She was a member of First Reformed Church in Fulton, was a member of the American Red Cross, and also served on the Fulton Fire Department. Tammy enjoyed gardening, camping, going on walks, shopping, and attending concerts. She was an avid Denver Broncos Fan.
Survivors include her daughters, Lynn Marie (Chel) Boelkens of Fulton and Brandy Rene Boelkens of Moline, IL; son, Jason Alan Zuidema of Rock Falls, IL; brother, Jeff (Julie) Becker of Clinton; aunts, Donna (Bob) Wade of Morrison and Sarah Jordan of Tomball, TX; uncle, Marv Tichler of Morrison; niece, Mariah (Mikey) Savochka of Clinton.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Carol Becker, and aunt, Mary Tichler.
There will be no Funeral Service.
A Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 19, 2024, at the Fulton Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the Visitation.
A memorial has been established for the Little City Foundation in Palatine, IL, a community that offers opportunities for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
