Five Morrison High School Seniors and one Freshman aided customers, cleared used plates, and escorted one Kindergarten student to the buffet, during their fundraiser at Pizza Ranch, 3900 E. Lincolnway, in Sterling, IL, on Monday, November 13, 2017, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
The Seniors received 10% of food sales during those hours, plus tips and donations. The first hour was crowded with diners waiting in line to pay, many of whom were Morrison citizens.
Senior Pons will participate in Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade® on Thursday, November 23; they fly to New York City, NY, Saturday, November 18, to prepare and sightsee. Television coverage begins at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time.
