Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office would like to report Operation Safe Halloween was a success. There were no reported incidents to the Sheriff’s Office during the Halloween trick-or-treat hours.
Operation Safe Halloween was a combination effort with Patrol Deputies in marked squad cars and unmarked vehicles driven by Whiteside County Detectives patrolling the rural areas of Whiteside County.
Sheriff Kelly Wilhelmi, Chief Deputy Andy Henson, and Lt. John Booker would like to say “Thank you” to all the citizens of Whiteside County who helped to make 2017 a safe and fun Halloween night.
