On Thursday, March 14, 2024, “due to the rain early this morning,” stated Coach Chelsea Eads, “Morrison [High School Varsity Softball team] traveled to Sterling, [IL,] to play on their turf. Morrison still played as the Home team. [It was a] highly competitive game, with solid pitching from both sides.”
Sterling defeated the Fillies 3-1 in the first inning, with no runs during the next six innings.
