Effective Thursday, March 26, 2020, the Whiteside County Eastern Branch Courthouse in Sterling, IL, will be closed until further notice. There will be a Deputy at the front door, with a minimum number of employees from the State’s Attorney Office and Circuit Clerk’s Office (determined by their Department Heads) allowed into the building. All business conducted in the Eastern Branch Courthouse will now be conducted in Morrison, IL.
