St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, 401, N. Cherry Street, Morrison, IL, will hold rites and masses during the several days of Christmas. Beginning the last Sunday of Advent, these days conclude with Epiphany, on Monday, January 6, 2020. This day signifies the Adoration of the Magi, when the Wise Men visited the Christ Child.

December 22, 4th Sunday of Advent: 9:00 a.m., Mass – Holy Eucharist Rite II.
December 24, Christmas Eve: 5:30 p.m., Solemn High Mass – Holy Eucharist Rite II with hymns and carols. Our service will begin with the blessing of the Crèche, including procession to the Crèche by our children.
December 25, Christmas: 9:00 a.m. Wednesday Morning Mass – Holy Eucharist Rite II with hymns and carols.
December 26, Feast of Saint Stephen, Deacon and Martyr: 8:00 a.m. Morning Prayer.
December 29, The 1st Sunday after Christmas Day: 9:00 a.m. Lessons and carols with Mass – Holy Eucharist Rite II.
January 1, 2020, The Holy Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ: 5:30 p.m. Wednesday Evening Mass – Holy Eucharist Rite II, celebrating The Holy Name and asking the Lord’s blessing for the New Year; followed by a dine-out.
January 5, The 2nd Sunday after Christmas: 9:00 a.m. Mass – Holy Eucharist Rite II with hymns and carols.
January 6, Feast of the Epiphany: 5:30 p.m. Monday Mass – Holy Eucharist Rite II, followed by an Open House at the Rectory.
