Stephanie Godke is known as the Mississippi River Distilling Company’s “Spirited Chef.” See why for yourself!
She will present a food program during Wild Winter Wednesdays on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at 9:00 a.m.
Interesting Wednesday morning programs are sponsored by the volunteer educators at the Windmill Cultural Center, 111 10th Avenue, Fulton, IL.
Godke has a long and storied career in the food and beverage industry. When not inventing new and delicious ways to cook with River Baron Vodka, she works in the restaurant industry as a consultant. She brings her expertise to restaurant owners around the Midwest. Godke teaches cooking classes at the local community college and also provides catering services around the area.
When it comes to great taste, she is the authority, using delicious, original recipes. She knows how to mix a drink, but, more importantly, how to use Mississippi River Distilling Company spirits in your favorite entrees, appetizers, and desserts.
A light refreshment always is served at 9:00 a.m. before programs begin at 9:20.
There is no charge. The building is warm, inviting, and easily accessible.
