Morrison Southside School Fifth Grade Band will present a Spring Concert on Friday, May 16, 2014, at 3:30 p.m. in the Morrison High School Auditorium, 643 Genesee Avenue, Morrison, IL. The concert is open to the public, and there is no admission charge.
A few members of the Fifth Grade Band are shown rehearsing for their concert. Students will perform solos and ensembles as well as several full band pieces. The band is taught by David Bean.
The members include the following students.
- Flute: Emily Henson, Jaysie Pruis, Madeline Sterenberg, Anna Szabo, Sarah Wallander, and Sofia Scott
- Oboe: Isabel Stuhlman and Emma Youngquist
- Clarinet: Katie Jensen-Pinell, Madison Shelton, and Alexis Tichler
- Saxophone: Bradley Toppert
- Cornet: Emily Dickeson and Kylie Fairbanks
- Trombone: Jayven Hayes and Parker Pohren
- Baritone horn: Ashton Smith
- Percussion: Tyler Belanger, Anthony Fulton, and Jazmine Callan.
Morrison Music Boosters will serve refreshments following the concert.
