CCC Opens New Bookstore

Construction of the new bookstore occurred following the opening of the CCC Learning Center which houses the Continuing Education and Adult Basic Education departments. The CCC Bookstore moved from its former location at just 944 square feet, to its new location in the northeast corner of the main campus. It now encompasses approximately 1,600 square feet.

Clinton Community College President Karen Vickers commented, “Our new bookstore is beautiful—the new space will offer our students plenty of room as they shop for their books and supplies. The new space has also allowed for an expanded section of CCC clothing and we have all enjoyed seeing the new items as they have hit the shelves. Our bookstore and facilities staff did a great job of planning the space and of overseeing the completion. We are very proud of our new bookstore.”

The CCC Bookstore includes textbooks, school supplies, and related materials, in addition to a variety of clothing, jackets, CCC items and gift selections. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 0 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Clinton Community College spring semester begins January 14, 2009. Explore the opportunities to enrich your life by beginning a new career or completing your education at CCC. Call 563-244-7001 to schedule an appointment with an advisor.
