Edna I. Blair

Edna I. Blair, 103, a former resident of Morrison, Illinois died Tuesday in Savanna, Illinois.

She was born September 18, 1905 in Cordova, Illinois the daughter of James and Mary (Gilpin) Hahn.

Edna married Leota Irion who preceded her in death. On September 18, 1930 she married Leo E. Blair, Sr. in Morrison, Illinois. He died in 1976.

Mrs. Blair was a registered nurse and also worked as a dental assistant.

Mrs. Blair was a longtime member of Morrison United Methodist Church. She taught Sunday school for over thiry years and was a member of the Faith Circle.

Mrs. Blair is survived by her two sons; Leo E. (Joan) Blair of Rock Falls, and James (Marilyn) Blair of Lake Carroll.Two daughters; Marilyn Isenhart of Muscoda, Wisconsin and Beverly (Mel) Stern of Decatur, Illinois. Her sister, Pearl Shipma of Fulton, Illinois. 19 Grandchildren and many Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both her husbands and a infant daughter.

Memorial services will be Saturday, November 29 at Morrison United Methodist Church at 10:30 A.M. Rev. Thomas Petty, pastor will officiate.

Burial will be in Grovehill Cemetery, Morrison.
