Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse Charge Jackie T. Spencer, 64, was arrested on a Whiteside County Warrant, charging him with Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse. Spencer was arrested on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at 5:11 p.m. after being spotted by a Whiteside County Deputy Sheriff as the passenger in a vehicle, leaving Valley Vista Mobile Home Park in rural Lyndon, IL.
Spencer was transported two the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office in Morrison. He is held in lieu of $75,000 bond
Single Vehicle Rollover with Injuries
Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a single vehicle rollover crash at the intersection of U.S. Route 30 and Elston Road on November 11, 2008. An eastbound vehicle driven by Evan Regenwether, 17, Fulton was attempting to make a left hand turn onto Elston Road, when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The car went off the road, down a steep embankment, struck a road sign and flipped over onto its roof.
Regenwether and his passenger Tyler Zuidema, 17, also of Fulton were both transported to Mercy Hospital in Clinton by Fulton Ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
Regenwether was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. He will appear in court at a later date.
Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Charge
Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Michele J. Goddard, 17, Fulton, on November 12, 2008 for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident at her residence in Fulton. She is being held in Whiteside County Jail pending a later court appearance.
These are merely charges and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
