August 02, 1932 - October 21, 2008 DONALD G. DELLIT, 76, of 4930 Holly Road, Fulton, IL, died Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at his home. Donald was born August 2, 1932, in Clinton, IA, to Otto and Annie Dellit. He was a graduate of Clinton High School. He was a Seabee in the U.S. Navy. Donald married Patricia Kohler on January 15, 1955 in Agana, Guam. They were later divorced. After his military service, Donald was employed with Ralston Purina in Clinton. He was then employed by the former Western Electric, which later became ATT, in Davenport, IA, retiring in 1986. He was a member of the Clinton AMVets in Clinton, IA. Survivors include one daughter, Linda Dellit, of Bettendorf, IA; one son, Todd (Teresa) Dellit of Fulton, IL; two grandchildren, Robin and Chad Dellit; one sister, Lucille Harris of Clinton, IL; one brother, Glenn Hamann of Rothbury, MI. He was preceded in death by one sister, Doris Sanders; two brothers, William and Henry Hamann. Funeral Information GRAVESIDE FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:30 p.m. Thursday, October 23, 2008 at the Rock Island National Cemetery - Rock Island Arsenal. OFFICIATING: Rev.
