Illinois State Police Report

Illinois State Police stopped a vehicle driven by Lucas D. Howard, 28, Morrison, for Improper Lighting (no taillight) on November 2, 2008.
Police found that Howard was wanted on a Failure to Appear Warrant for Whiteside County and Contempt of Court in Lee County. Other charges included Driving While Suspended and Violation of Classification.
Howard is being held in Whiteside County Jail.
These charges are only accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
