Illinois State Police Report

A Whiteside County Arrest Warrant was issued on October 17, 2008, to Robert H. Wadsworth of Rock Falls, IL on nine-counts of possession of Child Pornography.

Mr. Wadsworth turned himself in to authorities during the evening of October 17th and was released following the posting of the required bond.

The arrest stemmed from a request for assistance received by the Illinois State Police, internet Crimes Unit in November 2007 regarding the discovery of alleged child pornography on a computer owned by Wadsworth. The Internet Crimes Unit website and investigative entity was established in February 2007 as part of Governor Blagojevich's plan to fight internet crime.
