Morrison Police Reports 11-03-08

The Morrison Police Department is investigating a series of car burglaries that occurred during the week of October 26-30 during the night and early morning hours.

Morrison Police responded to four reports of thefts from vehicles and all vehicles were unlocked with various articles taken from the vehicles, such as: loose change and USC, CD’s, electronic equipment, bags and other miscellaneous items. Some of the articles were recovered in the neighborhoods of North Base Street, South Base Street, Winfield and East Main Street.

The Morrison Police Department is requesting citizens to lock their vehicles and report any suspicious activity and noise immediately by calling 911.
