International Thanksgiving Fellowship Looking for Hosts

Church Women United of Morrison is planning for the 45th consecutive year, the International Thanksgiving Fellowship weekend program. This will be held from November 26-30.

Foreign students from Chicago area colleges will be guests in homes in Morrison, Fulton, Prophetstown, Sterling, Rock Falls, Geneseo, Rockford, Paris, and more.

Student guests will arrive by bus the evening of Wednesday, November 26 and will return to Chicago by bus Sunday afternoon, November 30.

Anyone interested in hosting a students from another country and culture, who travels to Morrison to learn about Midwestern life and people, are welcome to apply for this four day opportunity.

Application forms are available at newspaper offices, churches, from former hosts, and from committee members. Applications must be returned by November 12, 2008.
