Holiday Coping

How to cope during the holidays is presented as a free service from Hospice of the Rock River Valley and Home of Home of the Rock River Valley.

The program is from 6:30-8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20, at Hospice of the Rock River Valley, 264 IL Route 2 (1 mile east of Sauk Valley Community College), Dixon, and includes Learning the Four Cs of Coping: Communicate, Change, Cut Back, and Celebrate; “Coping with Special Days,” a video by Earl Grollman; a holiday inventory and a candle lighting ceremony. A door prize and light refreshments will be offered.
