Morrison Police Reports 09-15-08

Morrison Police cited Carrie A. Garza, 34, Sterling on September 12, 2008, for driving while license suspended. Garza was arrested after police observed her driving in the 300 block of North Jackson Street. Garza was issued a notice to appear in court. Garza is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Morrison Police charged Scotty A. Denning, 17, Morrison on September 12, 2008 at approximately 5:20 p.m., with one count of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Denning was charged after a Morrison Police Officer investigated several suspicious persons in front of Hardees on Main Street. Denning was released on a Notice to Appear in Court. Denning is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
