Deep Water Aquacise

Join the City of Morrison Rec Program for Deep Water Aquacise. Medium to high intensity aquacise sessions will be held in the deep water using flotation devices. Good swimming skills are not necessary, however, participants will need to feel comfortable in deep water. Sessions will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at the Morrison High School Swimming Pool from September 22 through December 17, 2008. Two sessions will be offered if enough people are interested.

The first session will be from 5:45 a.m. - 6:30 a.m. and the second session will be from 6:30 a.m. - 7:15 a.m. There will also be evening sessions offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, again if enough people are interested.

Contact Theresa Farrell at 815-718-2690 if you are interested in evening sessions. Cost for the morning 36 sessions (over 13 weeks) is $60.00. Cost of the evening 24 sessions (over 13 weeks) will be $40.00. Come join this fun activity and great exercise.
