Morrison Police Reports September 8, 2008

Morrison Police arrested Brent C. Moore, 17, Morrison on September 7, 2008 at 9:22 p.m, for Driving Without a Valid Driver’s License and Improper Lane Usage. Moore was arrested after an officer observed him driving the wrong way in the 200 block of West Market Street. Moore was transported to the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center where he was released on a Notice to Appear in Court. Moore is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Morrison Police arrested Todd J. Muntean, 39, Morrison on September 7, 2008 at approximately 10:10 p.m. on a Henry County Warrant charging Muntean with Failure to Appear to Answer a Charge of Filing a False Motor Vehicle Accident Report. Muntean was incarcerated at the Whiteside County Law Enforcement Center in lieu of $3,000 bail. Muntean is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
