August 15, 1909 - August 11, 2008 MAE DOMACK, 98, of 502 N. Oakland Street, Morrison, IL, died Monday, August 11, 2008 at her home. Mae was born August 15, 1909 in Wisconsin Rapids, WI to John and Catherine (Sommers) Domack. She attended St. Mary’s Grade School in Fancher, WI and was a graduate of St. Joseph Academy of Stevens Point, WI. She managed the former Hotel Whiteside in Morrison, IL and was later employed as a dietician by Vend Omack in Morrison. Mae was a well known local water color artist known best for her works representing local architectural landmarks, wildlife, and flowers. Survivors include one brother, Francis E. Domack of Green Forest, AR; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Claire Szwajkart and Eleanor Bresemann; five brothers, Lawrence, Dan, Ben, Stanley, and Julian Domack.
